螺杆式空压机进气阀工作过程

螺杆式空压机进气阀的工作过程是：启动.加载.卸载.容调.停机

（1）启动。电机启动，主机开始运转，进气阀关闭状态阀芯上的小孔进气，经过压缩的油气进入油气桶，系统压力逐渐上升。
（2）加载。电机是三角转换，控制系统（压力开关）会比较系统的实际压力与设定压力，当系统压力低于压力开关设定下限压力时，压力开关动作使加载电磁阀（三向电磁阀）加电三向电磁阀开启，向进气门伺服汽缸供气推动控制气缸打开蝶阀，进气阀全开吸气；经由电磁阀的压力同时关闭泄放阀，机器不再放空，罐内压力持续上升至向外供气。
（3）卸载。当压力上升到压差开关上限压力时，压差开关发出一个电信号给三向电磁阀，电磁阀关闭停止向进气门伺服气缸供气，控制气缸不受压则蝶阀关闭维持小孔进气，此时受配重控制止回阀能及时迅速的紧密关闭，同时泄放阀打开释放油气桶内压力至基本油压。空压机处于空载运行，在加载电磁阀连续失电20min后，系统进入空车过久停车状态。
（4）容调。空压机加载过程中为减少空压机的空重负荷次数，安装有反比例阀，当机组压力达到压力开关上限前反比例阀提前动作，减少向伺服汽缸的供气量，进气阀伺服气缸阀杆推力减少，在弹簧力的作用下阀杆回缩，当弹簧力与气缸的气体推力平衡时，阀杆处于半开状态，进气量减少实现空压机的容量调节。
（5）停机。停机信号来自空车过久或系统压力长时间处于压力上限，电机停止，主机停转不再吸气，进气阀的内部止回阀迅速关闭确保没有停机吐油的现象，泄放阀持续放空至外部大气压力。

(4) a capacity adjusting. In order to reduce the number of empty and load of the air compressor air
